Therese House: Student Accommodation
Therese House’s comfortable and modern student accommodation allows you to easily enjoy the best of London while you study.
The standard tenancy agreement is 51-weeks and all prices which have been provided are based on a 51 week tenancy. We also have some 42-week tenancies available, please contact us for more information.
The booking fee is £500 which secures your room, £250 will convert into a deposit and £250 towards your first instalment of rent, once your tenancy agreement has been signed by all parties. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
