We’d be delighted to welcome you to Therese House. Please make sure you reserve your room soon, as demand is high.

Easy booking options:

1. By phone
  • Call us on 0207 253 7603 and we’ll post you a booking form, or click on the link below to print.
  • Send the signed booking form and pay the £500 holding fee, which initially holds your room of which £250 will convert into a deposit and £250 towards your first instalment of rent when you and the landlord have signed your AST.
  • We post you two copies of your AST then hold your room for 7 days while you and your guarantor both sign and return them, with your post-dated payment.
  • Once we have confirmed receipt you relax, knowing your student accommodation is sorted.
2. In person
  • Visit us at Therese House where our Accommodation Team will help you choose from our range of rooms and studios (subject to availability).
  • Complete a booking form.
  • Send the signed booking form and pay the £500 holding fee, which initially holds your room of which £250 will convert into a deposit and £250 towards your first instalment of rent when you and the landlord have signed your AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement).
  • We give you two copies of your AST then hold your room for 7 days while you and your guarantor both sign and return them, with your post-dated payment.
  • You relax, knowing your student accommodation is sorted.

 

Rebookers
Thank you for deciding to stay on at Therese House. Please be sure to rebook your room as soon as possible, particularly if you want to stay in the same room for the next academic year. As always, demand is high.

To rebook your current room or choose another (subject to availability) please contact the on site Accommodation Team or give them a ring on 0207 253 7603. The rest is as easy as 1-2-3.

Your existing deposit is held separately in respect to your current tenancy and will be returned subject to any outstanding payments — in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Booking fee
  • A holding fee of £500 is required to hold your accommodation.
  • We send you two copies of your AST (sample copy available on the link below) and you have 7 days to sign and return them. If you cancel within this 7 day period, your booking fee will be refunded to you in full.
  • Please advise the site team in writing if you decide to cancel your booking. If you cancel after 7 days, the booking fee is non refundable.
  • Once we’ve received both of your signed ASTs and the landlord has signed them, the contractual relationship starts and your booking fee will be transferred to become your security deposit.

Security deposit
Subject to any outstanding payments due this will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy — in accordance with a recognised Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Tenancy agreement
The Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) is a legally binding document between you (as the Tenant) and the Landlord with Touchstone Student Living acting as agent.

  • It’s a simple but important document that’s easy to understand and contains no unusual Terms and Conditions.
  • The AST has been reviewed by Accreditation Network UK (ANUK) under the Code of Standards for Larger Student Accommodation, and has been approved by them.
  • You should always seek legal advice before signing any contract.
