Booking fee: a holding fee of £500 secures your room of which £250 will convert into a deposit and £250 towards your first instalment of rent, upon signing your tenancy agreement. Subject to terms and conditions.

Payment can be made in full when you move in by debit card or bankers draft, if you are paying by cheque please make sure all monies are cleared funds prior to the move in date, If you have a UK guarantor an instalment plan can be arranged.

Note: Payments made by Debit Card will incur no charge, those made by Credit Card will be subject to a 2.5% credit card facility charge.
